Our process

  1. Scoping call (30 min) — alignment on the role and your expectations.
  2. Case study (asynchronous, 2 h max) — on a real day-to-day topic.
  3. Debrief (1 h) — with two people from the relevant team.
  4. Founder meeting (45 min) — project, culture, terms.
  5. Offer within 5 business days.
