Each tutorial costs in proportion to what it actually uses: video length, number of detected steps and AI processing. The exact amount, in credits, is shown before export : you confirm with full knowledge. Generating the draft and previewing it remain free; you only pay when you export the final document.
Nothing is deleted. Your already-produced tutorials remain accessible and re-downloadable. To create new ones, simply buy credits — with no subscription or commitment.
No. The credits you buy remain usable at your own pace, with no expiry date. There is no subscription to cancel: you top up when you need to.
Hosting and content storage rely on a cloud infrastructure whose primary region is in the European Union. Certain processing (AI generation, payment) relies on subprocessors that may operate outside the EU, governed by contractual safeguards (standard contractual clauses). The list of subprocessors is set out in the privacy policy.
The 'Pay as you go' plan suits the vast majority of needs. The Enterprise plan is aimed at large volumes that justify a negotiated unit price, or at organizations that need billing by transfer / purchase order and consumption reports. Advanced collaborative features (team workspace, SSO) are under consideration: we discuss them case by case.
