1Purpose of the service
Tutobox is a service for generating SOP procedures from a screen capture or an existing video file. The service offers capture, automatic step detection, editing and export to PDF, DOCX, PPTX and MP4 formats.
2Access to the service
Access to the service requires an internet connection, a recent browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge in their latest version) and, depending on the features used, permission to access your screen.
A free 7-day trial is offered, with no credit card and no commitment, in accordance with the conditions stated on the home page.
3Account creation and security
You provide accurate information when creating the account. You are solely responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for any action taken from your account. If you suspect a compromise, immediately contact security@tutobox.eu.
4Subscription and billing
The current offers and prices are published on the Pricingpage. Subscriptions are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, and renew automatically unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account.
In case of a price change, you are notified at least 30 days before the new price applies to your billing cycle.
5Your content
The recordings, imported videos and tutorials you produce with Tutobox remain entirely your property. You grant Tutobox a license strictly limited to the technical processing required to provide the service (storage, segmentation, generation, export).
You warrant that you hold the rights to the content you upload and you undertake not to use the service for unlawful or fraudulent purposes or in any way that infringes third-party rights.
6Personal data
Personal data is processed in accordance with our privacy policy and the GDPR. Hosting and subprocessors are described in this policy. The cookies used are specified in the cookie policy.
7Suspension and termination
Tutobox may suspend or terminate an account in the event of a serious breach of these terms, fraud or misuse of the service. You may, for your part, cancel your subscription at any time, free of charge, from the Settings › Account & security tab of your account.
8Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and after an attempt at amicable resolution, the competent courts shall be those of the jurisdiction of Tutobox's registered office in France, subject to mandatory provisions applicable to consumers.
